On which days will classes be closed?Classes may not meet on or around holidays and these sessions are not made up by the trainer. 12 days in total will be taken off by the trainer throughout the calendar year. If class is cancelled by the trainer for other reasons such as illness or inclement weather, that class is made up or added to the end of your membership package.

What do I need to bring to class?You will need to bring the following to class: 1. Mat 2. Dumbbells (Beginners 5lbs, intermediate 8lbs, and advanced 10-12lbs) 3. Water (extra in the summer as well as iced water) 4. Sweat towel
