Training

Our classes are designed by a nationally certified fitness expert for a women's body. Modifications of each exercise are shown, making classes suitable for all fitness levels. If you have already been working out and need more of a challenge advanced moves are shown as well. 

Our classes meet 3 times a week. Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings. There is also a 4th mini at home workout provided on Sunday called the weekend warrior that you can complete on your own time. 

A full body composition is also provided for those who request it. This includes taking all measurements, Body fat % from a hand held device, as well as a basic movement assessment.
